Privacy Policy — Cat Go!
XO Productions (XO Labs) · Last updated 12 October 2026
This policy explains what information the mobile game Cat Go!
(package com.xoproductions.catgo, “the Game”), published by XO Labs
(“we”, “us”), collects and how it is used. It applies only to Cat Go!. Our other apps have
their own policies.
The short version
- You never need an account to play. Signing in to Google Play Games is optional and only used for the leaderboards.
- Your game progress is stored on your device, not on our servers.
- The Game shows ads from Google AdMob, which uses your device's advertising ID. In the EEA and UK you are asked for consent first.
- If you make a purchase, Google Play processes it and our partner tells us what you own. We never see or store your card details.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Information collected
1. Stored on your device only
Game progress — coins, chapters and stars, heroes, upgrades, your best endless runs, your daily-challenge streak, settings, and which purchases you own — is written to your device's local storage. It is not transmitted to us. Uninstalling the Game deletes it.
2. Leaderboards (Google Play Games, optional)
The endless mode and the daily challenge have leaderboards run by Google Play Games Services. If you are signed in to Play Games, your score is sent to Google with your Play Games player ID. Your Play Games gamer name, avatar and scores are shown to other players on the leaderboards. You can play without signing in; your scores are then not posted. Your Play Games profile and its visibility are controlled in the Google Play Games app.
3. Purchases
In-app purchases and the VIP subscription are processed by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment card, bank details or billing address. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in Google Play.
We use RevenueCat to manage purchases and to remember what you are entitled to across reinstalls and devices. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat receives a randomly generated app user identifier, the purchase receipt issued by the store, and basic device and country information. This identifier is not linked to your name or email address.
| Partner | Purpose | Policy |

| Google Play Billing | Processing in-app purchases | policies.google.com/privacy |
| RevenueCat, Inc. | Purchase validation and entitlement management | revenuecat.com/privacy |
4. Advertising
The Game shows advertisements through Google AdMob: optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch for an in-game reward (a revive, double coins, free coins, an extra daily-challenge try), and occasional full-screen ads between runs. To select, measure and protect advertising (including fraud prevention), Google may collect your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, how you interact with ads and the Game, and crash logs and diagnostics.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the Game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. Elsewhere, you can limit ad personalisation at any time in Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device, where you can also delete the advertising ID.
| Partner | Purpose | Policy |

| Google AdMob | Advertising, measurement, consent (EEA/UK) | policies.google.com/technologies/ads |

Children
The Game is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.
Your rights
Because the Game does not collect information that identifies you personally, we usually cannot locate records relating to a specific individual. You can still:
- Delete your data — uninstalling the Game removes all locally stored progress.
- Reset advertising identifiers — via your Android privacy settings.
- Remove leaderboard scores — sign out of Play Games for the Game, or manage or delete your Play Games profile in the Google Play Games app.
- Request deletion of purchase records — contact us with your order number from Google Play and we will ask our payment partner to delete the associated records, subject to the retention we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the GDPR (EEA/UK) or the CCPA (California), including rights of access, correction and deletion. Contact us to exercise them.
Data retention
Purchase and entitlement records are retained by our payment partners for as long as needed to honour your purchase and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Leaderboard scores are kept by Google Play Games under Google's policies. Advertising data is retained by Google under its policies. Local game progress is retained on your device until you delete it.
Security
Data transmitted between the Game and our partners is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Game changes — for example, when new partners or features are introduced. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and the current version will always be available at this address.
